Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) Master Class

As the global-standard setting organization and leading advocate for the outsourcing profession, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) works with buyers, sellers, and advisors globally to develop and improve the skills and competencies of these professionals and the outsourcing profession as a whole.  The Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) Master Class sets the stage for COP Candidates who aspire to manage and consult at all levels of an organization and to lead their organization's outsourcing initiatives and programs.

Focused on all three primary stakeholder groups – clients, providers and advisors – the COP Master Class integrates project management best practices with the Outsourcing Professional Body of Knowledge (OPBOK) and the Outsourcing Professional Standards developed by the Outsourcing Standards Board. This course includes 10 modules as well as case studies, relevant articles, presentations by subject matter experts, and more.

The COP Master Class provides:

  • Detailed coverage of the Outsourcing Professional Body of Knowledge (OPBOK)
  • 75 points toward COP certification upon successful completion of the course
